Who We Are
Wayne Anthony Rowe, an educator with a rich history in the field, founded Motiformance. Wayne holds an MA in Applied Language Studies and a TESOL certificate, laying the academic and practical groundwork for Motiformance.
Our Origin Story
Following a significant period of transformative teaching experience in Yemen, Wayne further solidified his credentials through over 18 years of dedicated service as a distinguished faculty member at King Abdul Aziz University.
During this tenure, he imparted knowledge to more than 5,000 students, garnered 17 faculty excellence awards, and assumed multiple leadership positions within the academic community. These pivotal experiences, augmented by enduring partnerships with local businesses, fundamentally influenced the educational philosophy at Motiformance.
